The Waterbury Rail Art Project was commissioned and installed on the railroad bridge at the gateway to downtown Waterbury, VT. Phil Godenschwager designed and developed a one of a kind structure. Prolume RIA fixtures backlight the structure creating a stunning nighttime impression.
